This coaching pathway focuses on developing your innate gifts. These sessions are designed around your personal path and needs. They focus on supporting you to unlock your own personal potential, in alignment with your own unique journey.
Sessions can cover a range of foci, including energy healing, connecting with ancestral energy, channeling, or simply strengthening your ability to work with Source energy more consciously. If you have a unique area you would like to work on, this is the option for you.

This 4-session package makes a great birthday gift. It includes a number of tools and processes to set the next year of life up with intention and purpose.

Session 1: Year ahead reading and guidance from your personal guides
Session 2: Body scanning and energy attunement
Sessions 3 & 4: Setting the year up with intention (facilitated process with workbook for setting intentions in core life areas).

Are you struggling to understand what the underlying causes of your physical and emotional distresses are? Do you want to understand the underlying energy patterns that are causes distress and dis-ease in your body?
​
Metaphysical profiles help us to understand the links between dis-ease and distress in our physical bodies, and the connections to our emotions, thought patterns and energetic bodies.
​
Session 1: Dis-ease mapping - during this session we map out all of the dis-eased symptoms in your physical and breath bodies
Session 2: This is a research session during which I research the metaphysical causes of your dis-eases, and then work with the guides to refine the insights to you specifically.
Session 3: Metaphysical feedback session - during this session, I give you your feedback and channel insights from your guides directly. The session is recorded for your reference.
Session 4: This is an energy work session, during which we begin the process of realigning the distorted energies identified during the profiling. It is an ''unlocking session to help you to get started on your healing journey.
